Err.. except for the fact spiderman had his powers handed to him in an instant-Batman had to train for years to be good enough to fight criminals and stuff.
So yes he has money, a sidekick and a batmobile, but spider man has super powers.
Same reason i like the Punisher, hes just a guy with nothing to lose who uses his powers to bring justice to those who are evil, and yet hide behind the law.
Wolverine has the super powers... But hes just cool.
Venom is just cool as well.
Spider-Man is the most realistic

is not a super hero he just has a bunch of cool gadgets.

No. Venom is a guy on spiderman.. Your most likely thinking of Poison Ivy.
The evil space mutant guy. All black with a white symbol on his chest and he shoots webs(I think that what they are) out of the top of his hands.
He infests spiderman first but spiderman forces him out.. Then he goes after a news reporter.
